Is it coincidence?

Dr. Young, I have read your book and have lost 15 lbs in 2 months using your suggestions. First of all I thank you for your research and information. I'm a little puzzled though. I just recently developed Flu or Cold symptons. It started with cold sores, major sore throat, sinus congestion, fever and aches and pains. I did do a little cheating a few days prior but I've gone 100 percent alkaline since then. It's been a week and I still have symptons. That's not my question. My question is that if the Flu or cold is not transferrable then is it coincidence that in cold weather season everyone who exhibits these symptions just going through the same acid problem at the same time. For example if I exhibit these symptons and then a day or two later my daugther exhibits the same symptons then she never caught anything from me it's just concidence. It seems to me she must have been impacted from the same source as I was. Can you elaborate as to what that source is if not a germ. Respectfully, Mike H.
